About the job Resource Augmentation Head:

Client Company Introduction:
The company is a trusted leading developer of Web, Mobile, and Telecom related applications and solutions in the Middle East and Pakistan. The company was established in 2001, with a focus towards design and development of innovative solutions for this converging market of Web, Mobile and Telecom . In addition to our own product development, we offer custom development services and system integration for clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Leadership & Strategy:
     

    • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Resource Augmentation department.
       
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of resource managers, recruiters, and account managers.
       
    • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation within the department.
       
    • Collaborate with senior management to align resource augmentation strategies with the overall business goals.

       

    · Client Management:
     

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the department meets or exceeds expectations.
       
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
       
    • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.

       

    · Resource Planning & Deployment:
     

    • Oversee the identification, selection, and deployment of skilled resources to client projects.
       
    • Ensure that resource augmentation processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with industry best practices.
       
    • Monitor resource utilization and optimize allocation to maximize profitability.

       

    · Business Development:
     

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for resource augmentation services.
       
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
       
    • Represent the department at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

       

    · Financial Management:
     

    • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
       
    • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
       
    • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

       

    · Compliance & Risk Management:
     

    • Ensure that all resource augmentation activities comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
       
    • Ensure that all resource is trained and comply to the necessary standards like ISO27001, GDPR, etc.
       
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with resource deployment.

       

    -Continuous Improvement:
     

    • Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency of the resource augmentation process.
       
    • Stay updated on industry trends, including new tools, techniques, and methods to improve talent management.

       
    • Qualifications:
       

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

  •  

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 6+years of experience in resource augmentation, staffing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Proven track record of managing large-scale resource deployment for software development projects.

    • Experience working in a software house or technology-focused environment is highly desirable.

    · Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

    • In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in software development and resource management.

    • Anything or any other work that the managers hands over as well.

Experience: 5 + years
Work Timings: 9AM - 6PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
