The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a team of recruiters, ensure high-quality candidate outreach, monitor call performance, and maintain accountability for daily team activities. This role involves hands-on management, coaching, and ensuring recruitment KPIs are met. You will conduct daily calls with the team, monitor the quality of candidate engagement, and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet performance goals and improve candidate outreach.
Monitor recruiter performance against KPIs, including call volume, interview conversions, and placement rates.
Organize and lead daily start-of-day calls to set priorities and ensure team alignment.
Handle escalated issues and provide problem-solving support to recruiters.
Call Quality Monitoring:
Regularly listen to recruiter calls on OpenPhone, assess the quality of communication, and ensure adherence to scripts.
Provide feedback and training to improve recruiter performance in candidate engagement, objection handling, and job pitch delivery.
Conduct regular call quality reviews and create action plans for underperforming recruiters.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend changes to increase recruitment speed and quality.
Work with leadership to refine and maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other leadership team members to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Facilitate communication between recruiters and clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recruitment activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Recruitment Training and Development:
Onboard new recruiters and provide continuous training on recruitment best practices, call scripts, and industry-specific knowledge.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent recruiter growth and success.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure proper use of recruitment tools (e.g., CRM, OpenPhone, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Monitor recruiter adherence to the recruitment process and ensure data is entered accurately in the CRM system.
Lead by example by occasionally stepping in to handle high-level recruitment tasks, such as candidate interviews or client meetings.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a management role.
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
