- Job Posting and Advertising Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
- Coordinating Interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
