Job type: Full time, mostly WFH

Job timings: 9am to 6pm

Location: Islamabad or Rawalpindi

 

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving

issues and providing timely assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication via

email, phone calls and, when required, in-person meetings

Collaborate with internal teams and partner insurance companies to coordinate and

streamline customer service processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement

strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Handle customer complaints and escalations and resolving those in collaboration with the

partner insurance companies in a prompt and effective manner.

Forward claim intimations received from partner organisations or customers to the partner

insurance companies

Follow-up with partner organizations or customers for completion of required

documentations and with insurance companies for prompt settlement and disbursement of

claims.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions ensuring data integrity

and confidentiality.• Provide assistance and training to partner organisation’s customer facing staff about

product features, process details and other frequently asked questions.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Keep follow-up with partner organizations and insurance companies for enrolment data,

invoices and payment in line with the agreed service level agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust

with clients and partner staff.

Ability to operate with minimum supervision.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to improvise when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules

or urgent requests.

Able to speak, read and write basic business English
